Also the fact that the Metal Gear Franchise has Snake fighting giant ass bipedal machines and fantastical opponents makes anything that Sam does look pitiful. Solid is already genetically predisposed to be equal or surpass Big Boss, who would also probably beat Sam Fisher. This is somewhat unfair of a fight considering that Solid Snake is quite literally a super soldier cloned and trained by the greatest solider ever in the MGS universe whereas Sam Fisher, while definitely an elite combatant, is still a normal person.
